Jeffrey holds Master of Science in Physics from Simon Fraser University and a Master of Public Policy and Administration from Carleton University. Jeffrey has been at Defence Research and Development Canada helping the Department of National Defence and Canadian Armed Forces get prepared for a future quantum-enabled operating environment in a variety of roles. He was lead author of Quantum 2030, the Department of National Defence and Canadian Armed Forces Quantum Science and Technology Strategy Implementation Plan. Jeffrey then took the role of Program Manager, Explore and Mature Emerging and Sensitive Technologies. Jeffrey recently started at the Bureau of Research, Engineering and Advanced Leadership in Innovation and Science (BOREALIS) Joint Program Office as the lead for the Quantum Defence Innovation Secure Hub.
