Lisa Lambert is the inaugural CEO of Quantum Industry Canada (QIC), the country’s business-led consortium uniting quantum technology companies and strategic partners in the mission to translate Canada's quantum capabilities and strengths into global business success, national prosperity, and long-term security. A recognized leader in innovation strategy, her career spans pivotal roles at TRIUMF, the Perimeter Institute for Theoretical Physics, and the Council of Canadian Academies and high-profile collaborations with global thought leaders including Seth Godin, Roger Martin, and Margaret Atwood. Lisa holds leadership and advisory positions across business, innovation, and defence organizations worldwide, and serves on the Executive Committee of the International Council of Quantum Industry Associations (ICQIA). She advises governments and partners on the dual-use implications of quantum and its convergence with other emerging technologies through G7 and NATO-led initiatives.
