Rick is the Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence and New Technologies. Rick has previously served as the Minister of State for Trade, the Parliamentary Secretary for Technology as well as the Premier’s Liaison to Washington State.
Rick graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electronics Engineering. Rick has worked in a variety of hi-tech industries, from animation on major films like Shrek 2 and Madagascar, to video games, to developing mobile apps for Fortune 500 companies.
