Poster Session

Dates to Remember

  • January 11, 2026: Submission deadline
  • January 20, 2026: Notification of acceptance
  • February 18-20, 2026: Conference dates 

Late submissions will not be accepted.   

Important Notes

  • Registering/Submitting an abstract is not the same as registering for the conference. If you are selected to present at least one author must register to present.
  • When submitting your abstract only add one presenter per abstract.
  • Abstracts will only be rated on information provided, so please complete your submission carefully.

STUDENT COMPETITION DETAILS 

Presenting a poster is open to all participants. The poster competition is open to undergraduate and graduate students. Top posters will be awarded on the third day of the conference.  

 

Selection Process:  

  • Shortlisted candidates will be notified by email on a rolling basis, no later than January 20, 2026. Selected candidates will be invited to present a poster during the networking session on Thursday, February 19, 2026.
  • Upon acceptance of your abstract, you will be required to pay for your registration in full to be included in the program. 
  • Poster guidelines will be emailed once the poster presenters have been selected. 

Requirements

The following information is required during the submission process

  • Title: 250 Characters max
  • Abstract Presenter: Add only one presenter per abstract.
  • Abstract: 250 Words max
  • Additional Authors: For each author you will need to provide their name and institution. It is important to list the authors how you would like them to appear in the abstract book.
  • Abstract Categories: You must choose at least one category that your abstract will be reviewed for

    • Quantum Sensing 

    • Quantum Communications and Networking 

    • Quantum Materials and Chemistry 

    • Post-Quantum Cryptography 

    • Quantum Computing and Information 

    • Quantum Foundations 

    • Other

Changing or Updating Abstracts

You can make edits via your submission dashboard until the submission period closes on January 11, 2026. Simply sign into your account using your email address and password. Changes will not be possible after the submission period closes and the review process begins.
